GameHit offers wholesale purchasing opportunities for qualified retailers, resellers, and business customers. This policy explains the terms that apply to wholesale purchases.
Eligibility for a Wholesale Account
Wholesale accounts are intended for legitimate businesses purchasing products for resale or business use.
Applicants may be asked to provide information such as:
- Business name and contact information
- Business website or online store
- Business registration or other business documentation
- Business address
- Resale or tax information where applicable
- Information about the products and quantities they intend to purchase
GameHit may review applications and may approve or decline wholesale accounts at its discretion.
Wholesale purchasing is not intended for personal or household purchases.

Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale prices are available only to approved wholesale customers.
Wholesale pricing:
- Is displayed or quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated
- May vary depending on product, quantity, availability, and supplier costs
- May change without notice
- Is intended for business or resale purchases
- Should not be represented as retail pricing unless specifically authorised
Wholesale pricing and quotations provided directly to approved customers should be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Discounts
Wholesale pricing generally cannot be combined with promotional codes or other retail discounts unless GameHit specifically confirms otherwise.
Any special pricing or volume discounts will be confirmed separately.
Payment Terms
Wholesale orders generally require full payment before shipment.
Available payment methods may include those displayed or agreed during the wholesale ordering process.
GameHit may require additional payment verification for large or unusual orders.
Credit or deferred payment terms are not guaranteed and may only be offered to approved wholesale customers under a separate written agreement.
Wholesale Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery arrangements for wholesale orders will be communicated during the quotation or ordering process.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying wholesale orders depending on the order size, destination, product type, or current wholesale offer.
Any applicable shipping charges will be confirmed before the order is completed.
Fulfillment
Once payment has been successfully received, wholesale orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Larger orders, special orders, or products subject to supplier availability may require additional processing time.
GameHit will communicate significant delays where reasonably possible.
Bulk & Business Orders
GameHit may accept bulk purchases from businesses, subject to:

- Quantity limits
- Supplier restrictions
- Manufacturer allocations
- Order size
- Payment verification

Wholesale Returns
Wholesale purchases are generally final sale, except where products are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise subject to an applicable legal remedy.
Products should not be returned without contacting GameHit first.
Any approved return must follow the return instructions provided by GameHit.
Our applicable Warranty & Replacement Policy may also apply to eligible wholesale purchases.
Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect wholesale shipments as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact:

- Photos of any visible damage
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Product Allocations & Restrictions
Some products may be subject to supplier or manufacturer restrictions, quantity limits, or limited availability.
GameHit may limit quantities on high-demand products to ensure fair distribution and availability.
Certain products may also be subject to resale restrictions or other supplier requirements.
Wholesale customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and any restrictions communicated to them.
Account Suspension or Termination
GameHit may suspend or terminate a wholesale account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Repeated payment disputes or chargebacks
- Abuse of wholesale pricing
- Providing false business information
- Unauthorised resale practices
- Violation of applicable laws
- Material violation of a wholesale agreement
- Extended account inactivity
Termination does not affect obligations relating to orders already completed or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
